Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Saarthi account and all the data linked to it, including data from services you connected such as Instagram.

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Saarthi ERP (saarthierp.com), what is removed, and how long it takes. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Data We Hold

  • Account details (name, email, phone) and company details (business name, GSTIN, address)
  • Business records you create in Saarthi (invoices, customers, products, payments, CRM leads)
  • Data from connected services such as Instagram or WhatsApp (account ID, username, messages received in the CRM Inbox)

2. Disconnect Instagram (Facebook / Meta Login)

  • In Saarthi, open CRM › Inbox and click Disconnect on your Instagram account. This removes the stored access token straight away
  • Or, on Instagram, go to Settings › Apps and websites, find Saarthi ERP and click Remove
  • After removal, Saarthi can no longer read or send messages on that account
  • To also erase the messages and profile data already stored, send a deletion request as shown below

3. How to Request Deletion

  • Email info@saarthierp.com from the email address registered with your Saarthi account
  • Use the subject "Data Deletion Request" and mention your business name and what to delete (your whole account, or only data from a connected service such as Instagram)
  • We will confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is done

4. What Gets Deleted

  • Your user account, company profile and login details
  • All business records stored in Saarthi Cloud for your company
  • Connected service tokens, Instagram / WhatsApp profiles and conversation history
  • Uploaded files such as logos, attachments and generated PDFs

5. What We May Keep

  • Billing and tax records we are legally required to keep under Indian GST and income tax law
  • Encrypted backups, which are overwritten on their normal schedule (within 90 days)
  • Data on Saarthi Desktop is stored on your own computer and can be deleted by you directly
