Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Saarthi software (Desktop & Cloud). By using our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. License & Usage

  • Saarthi Cloud: Access is provided via subscription. Licenses are non-transferable and subject to these Terms.
  • Saarthi Desktop: Licenses are issued as single-user or multi-user, depending on your plan. Licenses are non-transferable.
  • Restrictions: Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, modifying, redistributing, reselling, or otherwise exploiting Saarthi software without prior written consent.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Subscription billing cycles, auto-renewal, and accepted payment methods are set out at the time of purchase
  • Late payment or non-payment may lead to suspension of services
  • All payments are made in INR (or applicable currency) at prevailing rates

3. Refund & Cancellation

  • Refunds are available as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see separate page)
  • Cancellation can be requested via email

4. Intellectual Property

  • All Saarthi software, modules, and content are the intellectual property of Saarthi
  • No copying, modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution is permitted without explicit written consent

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Saarthi is provided "as-is"; no warranty for uptime beyond the SLA for cloud users
  • Saarthi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

6. Termination

  • Saarthi may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms
  • Users may terminate their subscription at any time, following refund rules

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
  • Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
